Remodeling your home is the best way to keep the property value from falling to far below a decent re-sale value. I don’t disagree with the business models that tend to focus on a single facet if that is always going to be in demand but if you don’t have that kind of idea that is going to always be wanted in the market, it is best to constantly adapt to the changing demands of the consumers.
